General Terms and Conditions of Sale — La Maison Cabas
Article 1 — Purpose
These GTC govern sales made on the La Maison Cabas website between the seller (identity above) and any customer ("the Buyer") making a purchase on the site.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered are handbags, backpacks, satchels, and leather goods accessories for women. The essential characteristics of each product (material, dimensions, colors) are indicated on its product sheet.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). La Maison Cabas reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.
Article 4 — Order
The order is validated after product selection, entry of delivery information, and secure online payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Buyer.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (or any other means offered on the site) at the time of the order, via a secure payment platform.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are shipped from our partner suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
• Vintage faded effect backpack: 5 to 11 business days
• Other catalog products: 8 to 18 business days
These deadlines run from the validation of the order and are given for information only. La Maison Cabas cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise stated. Reimbursement occurs within 14 days following receipt of the returned product.
Article 8 — Warranties
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
