What are the delivery times?
Allow between 8 and 18 business days depending on the products, with mainland France being served first. The precise delivery time is indicated on each product page.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for purchases over €50. Below this amount, delivery charges apply at checkout.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return an item that does not suit you, provided it is unworn and in its original condition.

How does a refund work?
Once your return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after your purchase: we can modify or cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Our bags and accessories are made from quality vegan leather and synthetic leather, selected for their durability and resemblance to genuine leather.

How do I care for my bag?
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun and humidity. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry, away from any direct heat sources.
